- How do I get my photos to you?
- Send the original photo or CD via mail, or
e-mail to us: photo@jpcreativedesigns.com
- Can I scan the photo(s) myself and send to you?
A. Yes you can. Please follow these guidelines:
1. Scan in RGB color (even b&w photos) at original size.
- Scan at minimum 300 DPI and turn off any color correction
software on your scanner.
3. Save as TIFF (*.tif) or high quality JPEG (*.jpg). If you
cannot meet these guidelines, please send us the original.
- How long will it take?
- Once we receive your photo, we will have a quote for you within 24
hours. At that time we will determine how long it will take. Typically,
after we receive your consent to start work, we will have your order
back to you within 7-10 days.
- Can you fix any type of damage?
A. Most photos can be repaired to a certain extent. The severity of the
damage will be determined by our experts and we will be able to
tell you how much we can repair.
- Can you make my photos bigger?
- Generally speaking, a photo can only be made slightly larger than
the original. Please let us know how much you want your photo
enlarged, and we will advise you how much we can enlarge it.
- What sizes do you offer?
- We will print your photo in it's original size, and we offer any size up
to 13X19, again how much we can enlarge your photo depends on
the original.
